Storming the Battlefield
Speak to the Head Guard of Transcendence located in the Castle of Kourend, You can teleport there by going to the dungeons in the teleport tab and select Catacombs of Kourend. Once you teleport head west into the castle to find the guard.
The guard will ask you to kill 20 Scouts that are located just south of the castle.
After killing 20 scouts you can head back to the guard and complete your quest!
